Before you begin:

• Ensure that you have completed and signed the application. You can download the forms from the Engineering page.
• Ensure that you have the required application form and supporting documents (ie photos, diagrams) are accessible from this computer, tablet or mobile device.
• Please have you credit card ready.

Before uploading any files, please review the following:

• Maximum number of files: 4
• Maximum file size for each file : 4 MB.
• Please be aware that your internet speed will impact the speed at which the files will be uploaded.
