Support the City’s Strategic Plan vision statement, that Thunder Bay will be connected, healthy, vibrant and strong by improving the appearance and cleanliness of our City; reducing greenhouse gas emissions through the wise use of energy; and by promoting a more sustainable community that recognizes that environment, economy, society and culture are linked through the implementation of the EarthCare Sustainability Plan.
