Invite the Mayor

*** Submissions to invite the Mayor must be made 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the event. If you have an urgent short notice request, please contact the Mayor's Office directly at 625-3600. ***

** Scrolls will be available for pick up or mailed out. At this time, requests for presentation by Mayor & Council will not be accepted. **

Each year, the Mayor attends many special events, ceremonies, and celebrations. If you would like to invite the Mayor, submit the online request form 10 days in advance of your event. It can also be printed and sent in by mail. If you are requesting written greetings from the Mayor for a program or publication please provide a final copy to the Mayor.

All invitations are reviewed by the Mayor and his assistant. You will be contacted if further information is needed.
