Invite the Mayor

*** Submissions to invite the Mayor must be made 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the event. If you have an urgent short-notice request, please contact the Mayor's Office directly at 625-3600. It may not be possible to accommodate short-notice requests.***

Each year, the Mayor attends many special events, ceremonies, and celebrations. If you would like to invite the Mayor, submit the online request form at least 10 days in advance of your event. The form may also be printed and sent in by mail. If you are requesting written greetings from the Mayor for a program or publication, please provide a final copy to the Mayor's Office.

To request a scroll for a birthday, anniversary or grand opening, please complete our scroll request form.

All invitations are reviewed by the Mayor and staff. You will be contacted if further information is required.
