To request a bike through the Second Spin program, please fill out the form below. If you are requesting a specific bike, please be sure to include the Bike Number.

We receive many applications and bikes are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee you will receive a bike.

If you have a bike in working condition that you would like to donate, please let us know in the comment section.
